Statement of Impartiality and Conflict-of-Interest Management
Issued by AAR GEE PTY LTD (ABN 56 682 972 685) trading as Compliance Care.
AAR GEE PTY LTD trading as Compliance Care (“Compliance Care”) is a consultancy and software provider supporting NDIS providers to meet the NDIS Practice Standards. Its principal, Gaurav Nirwani, holds a Lead Auditor credential under ISO/IEC 17065 — the international standard under which JAS-ANZ-accredited NDIS Quality Auditors operate.
We publish this statement to make our position on impartiality and conflict of interest explicit.
1. Current practice.
Compliance Care does not operate as, or on behalf of, a JAS-ANZ-accredited Approved Quality Auditor. Compliance Care does not perform Stage 1, Stage 2, mid-term, or recertification audits, and does not issue or influence certification decisions.
2. Use of the credential.
The Lead Auditor credential is referenced in our marketing solely as evidence of competence in the standards we help clients apply. Compliance Care does not state, imply, or suggest that NDIS registration, audit outcomes, or any decision by a Quality Auditor or the NDIS Commission would be easier, faster, cheaper, or more favourable because of the credential or our involvement.
3. Client quarantine.
Any provider who engages Compliance Care as a consulting or software customer is permanently excluded from any future audit Gaurav Nirwani might personally conduct if he returns to audit practice. This applies regardless of how much time has passed and is recorded in our engagement records.
4. Auditor independence.
We do not refer specific Quality Auditors to clients in exchange for fees or other consideration, and we do not accept fees from Quality Auditors for client referrals. Providers select their own auditor from the JAS-ANZ-accredited list.
5. Disclosure.
Where any potential or perceived conflict of interest arises in an engagement, it will be disclosed in writing to the client before work commences. Conflicts identified mid-engagement are disclosed within five business days.
6. Concerns.
Concerns about a possible breach of this statement may be raised in writing to contact@compliancecare.com.au and will be acknowledged within two business days. Substantiated breaches will be reported to the relevant accreditation body.
This statement is reviewed annually and on any material change to our service offering or the principal’s audit practice status. Last reviewed: 25 May 2026.
